The Patras Half Marathon is once again under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization.

Since its establishment, the Greek National Tourism Organization, operating as a Legal Entity under Private Law (NEPLAR) under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism, has undertaken the upgrading of the Greek tourism product.
